The Tulare County Sheriff's Office is the county custody and booking contact. Its headquarters is at 833 S. Akers Street, Visalia, CA 93277. The Records window is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Appointments are encouraged. For a current detainee's booking-photo request, the Sheriff also publishes Booking Sergeant lines for Adult Pre-Trial at (559) 735-1750, Bob Wiley at (559) 735-1700, and South County at (559) 782-7800. Photo release still depends on current custody and authorization from the arresting agency.
